PRODUCER/PUBLICIST--September 2003-September 2004

Overseeing the development of Avanti: a Postindustrial Ghost Story, an original multimedia collaboration between the University of Notre Dame’s Department of Film, Television and Theatre and The Builders Association, an internationally renowned media and performance company based in New York.

Responsibilities: managing the creative, technical and logistical needs of cast and crew, grant writing, fundraising, media relations, audience development, the creation of promotional materials and events, and the booking of tours.

MARKETING DIRECTOR--December 2003-May 2004

Promoting the University of Notre Dame’s touring Shakespeare residency program, Actors From The London Stage, to colleges and universities across the country.

Responsibilities: overseeing creative development of website and promotional brochures and mailings, managing listserv and other data bases, and writing additional marketing materials to further national audience development and tour bookings.
